This week I am sharing a bit more about how I structure my week that allows me to achieve my biggest goals and execute on my important habits and rituals. This week's keyword is "structure," and I believe that by structuring our time, we can create more freedom.
I share some of my favourite tools and resources (both physical and online) that I have implemented that have helped me get and stay organized so I can accomplish everything I want to in a week.
I also talk about how it comes down to knowing ourselves. We have to understand how our minds and bodies work when it comes to our energy levels on any given day.
I share a few concepts that I apply to schedule such as "time blocking" and something I call "untouchable time" and explain how to block off and protect time for the things that matter most. I also share how I have specific blocks of time where I am "client-facing," and other times where I am more "behind the scenes" in my business.
I describe what I do each day and how I also schedule non-business items such as my workouts and my vacations. If it's important to us, we MUST schedule it in. By scheduling the important stuff, we can then see what "white space" we have available to us in any given week.
I know this is an area where a lot of you are struggling, and I think this episode and some of the strategies I describe will help!
