This episode is a fun one! I invited one of my A-Players, Chris Swail, to join me in a chat about her decision to play big and build her business at the height of a global pandemic.
Yup, you read me correctly. Instead of backing down and waiting for things to blow-over, Chris jumped in and began playing big.
We talk about mom-guilt, the fear of failure and success, the importance of camaraderie and collaboration. Her story of the defining moment when she stopped thinking of her business as a hobby and started showing everyone (including her kids) that it was time to prioritize her goals and her dreams still gives me goosebumps.
