Episode #102: How I Built my Membership
Have you ever wanted to learn how I built my membership, Mamas & Co.? It's a wildly successful revenue stream for us now, but truth be told, that wasn't always the case.
In this episode, I share the highs and lows of the past 6 years of building and growing my awesome community for mamapreneurs. And lest you think it's some glorified, picture-perfect journey, I made sure to include some of the missteps, awkward moments, and flat-out failures I encountered along the way.
I have also shared how our pricing and offerings have evolved over time, as a result of our member feedback. This is something I feel is hugely beneficial to see a behind-the-scenes look at, because, let's face it, this is the stuff no one talks about.
